By accessing and using Cloud Wellness services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Description of Service
Cloud Wellness provides digital mental health and wellness services, including but not limited to:
- Online therapy and counseling sessions
- Mental health assessments and screenings
- Wellness tracking and monitoring tools
- Educational resources and content
- Community support features
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Acceptable Use
You May
- Use our services for their intended mental health and wellness purposes
- Share appropriate personal information necessary for treatment
- Participate respectfully in community features
- Provide feedback to help improve our services
You May Not
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Share another user's personal information without consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious software or engage in harmful activities
- Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
Professional Services
Licensed Providers
- Our therapy services are provided by licensed mental health professionals
- Provider licensing and credentials are verified and maintained
- Services are provided according to applicable professional standards
Not Emergency Services
- Our services are not intended for emergency mental health situations
- If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency services
- Crisis resources are available 24/7 through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988
Treatment Limitations
- Online therapy may not be suitable for all mental health conditions
- Your provider will assess whether our services are appropriate for your needs
- We may refer you to in-person care when necessary
Payment Terms
Fees and Billing
- Service fees are clearly displayed before purchase
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Subscription Services
- Some services may be offered on a subscription basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds for subscription services are provided according to our refund policy
Privacy and Confidentiality
